Extremely happy customers! My wife, daughter and I received fabulous service and advice from Nesi (at Mitcham Ferrari) when purchasing a new suit, shirt and tie for me as the 'father of the bride' for my only daughter's recent wedding. Nesi was really warm, friendly and professional at all times and nothing was too much for her to ensure I was entirely happy and comfortable with the fitting of my suit. Nesi also provided wonderful advice on the colouring/style to match my wife's dress and to blend with the groom's suit, my daughter's wedding dress and the bridal party. I would like to say that I was extremely happy with the service I received from all the staff at Ferrari in Mitcham. I purchased my wedding dress from them which was stunning, and the alterations that needed doing were done to perfection. All 4 of my bridesmaid dresses looked fabulous and we didnt have any problems with the sizes.

We also hired all the suits from the men's section and I was very happy with their variety of suits they had. All the boys final fitting measurments were perfect and everyone was happy.

The ladies were very helpful, professional, and I would highly reccommend everyone to use their service.

i have had a horrible experience with this dress shop. to begin with they were friendly, then once my bridesmaid's dresses (all 5 of them) came in the trouble began. From ordering a dress 2 sizes too small to not having altered when i came in for appointments meaning i had to make new appointments to go down there. i also found the ladies there to be very pushy and demanding. i would NEVER use this company again.
