Old school customer service which you don't get anymore. Been coming here for years and always great service from the team. The workshop repairs are the best on the coast

I purchased my Giant XC MTB from the boys here and have been dropping back in regularly ever since for spares and for servicing. They operate a very relaxed and friendly shop which i like, no pressure, happy to let you drool over the carbon bikes you can't afford and when you do need advice or help they are right there with the answers. I brought my partner here to buy herself a MTB and then to buy her Son a bike. Prices are really good and if you ask nicely they usually do a bit better as well.

I was very disappointed with the service I recieved from Sandy at Ferry roads bikes.

Maybe if i was purchasing a bike from them it would be very different?
