Festival City Photography

Festival photographed my son's ELC but decided to have only one expensive package of $50. Clark the Manager told me that's what everyone wants now, well I am part of everyone and I was never asked but apparently I am the only person to complain about not having any other options available. After complaining I was given another option which was $30 for 2 photo's which is ridiculous. Last year's more expensive option was $35 and there were alot of photo's. For $50 you are forced to buy an album whether you want it or not. Forget about customer service when money is involved because that is all that matters.

Some of the staff are quite rude, if not offensive. I suggest avoiding this company.
You don't treat parent of students having their photo taken like 5 year olds....
