Fifth Element Day Spa

Loved the tranquility of the spa & our treatment was lovely! However couple of things I think could have been improved: Robes were tiny! We paid extra to have a high tea in the lounge after our treatment & i had to get dressed before being able to enjoy that as the robe I was given was too small (I'm a size 16-18 fairly average) also I had booked and prepaid for a couples treatment as a gift for my partner I paid in advance as I didn't want to discuss payment on the day in front of him! There was a 'confusion' regarding payment everything had to be discussed in front of him coz payment had to be split across the 2 of us individually... this was disappointing! Also we had a few little extras to pay for & I had to pay in 2 separate transactions (mine & his) coz they were not able to process it together as 1 transactions! excellent service. Lady doing my IPL is very nice & honest.She Didnt think i needed an area done unlike other places that would do it to take money. She also did a patch test to see if i got a bad reaction unlike another place i went too who didn't do that. I like it here & will be coming for all my beauty services
