Filicudi Restaurant

A stalwart of the Five Dock dining scene, Filicudi must be doing something right because it is one of those restaurants that is busy every night.

A cosy atmosphere is created with chianti bottles suspended from the ceiling and hanging picture frames of Italian scenery. The menu is typical in that you'll find pasta, pizza and main courses, and a specials board. Food service is fairly quick so a good option for a casual, mid-week meal.

This place is really popular! It can get pretty hectic and noisy, but the food is delicious and the service is very attentive, so you never have to wait long for anything.

Always book ahead when going here. The place is great but can get crowded in lunch hours. It's not very comfortable to have that much of people around but the food is delicious and if you want to eat something nice, you could make the sacrifice.

Not a wide selection of food but the food they do make is quite good actually. I am annoyed though that they don't have a website. I would order form them HEAPS more if they had a website and menu I could look at online rather than having to call and ask which is inconvienient.
