Using Find the Best Agent as a vendor is a no brainer! They take all the fuss out of dealing with the agents, know the best local agents for your property market, negotiate the best deal and give you sound advice on how to present your home and even do the auction. It costs you nothing as commission is shared with the agent.
We appointed Steven and started going through the process to select an agent and then had an offer from a neighbour before we took it to market, so used Steven to do the negotiating for us and we were very happy with the result. Our neighbour also appreciated having a third party to deal with. In this case we did pay a commission directly to Find the Best Agent as no agents were used.
We were kept informed at all stages of the process and Steven was on hand for advice at any stage, right up until settlement.

I moved from Melbourne to the UK , so I thought selling my property from from overseas was going to be a trial and I wouldn't get the best price, but Steven James set things up brilliantly: the things that should be done to the property, the estate agent, the sale conditions - and kept me up to date on what was going on.
