Fine Array

My 14 year old daughter and I drove to Mt Tamborine today as I have many times. First day of my holidays and we were having a wonderful day. We love the friendly village feel...that was until we entered "Fine Array". Apparently customers are not permitted to take photos and my daughter was rudely admonished before I could question his actions. He angrily turned on me saying that his signs were clearly displayed. Yes one (unsighted) behind the cards my daughter was looking at and one inside the shop that she hadn't seen!

Very very bad customer service.

I picked up a soap from the shell shaped tray and put it back but it fell from the tray. Then the management sighed and said "you dameged it" from 3m away where they couldn't even see that soap was damaged. I pick up and checked it but couldn't find any damege. So I told them no damege on it but they spotted on the corner of the soap was chipped off which was very very tiny bit and said "here" with threatening voice.

I was scared of them, so I asked "Should I pay for it?" They kept saying "I can't sell it to anyone, it's damaged" with still threatening voice.

I paid full price for it.

They didn't say "Thank you" to me.

Even it was my fault, no reason not to say "Thank you" as long as I became a customer.

My partner actually had been thinking of buying a Christmas gift from their shelves which cost more than $50.

Of course never visit this shop again.
