Finishing Image Photography incorporates unique creativity and artistic photojournalism through signature stills of those special moments and people in your life.

Photographer Rachel Deane is the founder of Finishing Image Photography.

Rachel is a specialised wedding photographer that believes in unique and creative images representing a stylised art-form. Her images have been edited and enhanced to create strong contrasting colour schemes, with highlights and shadows to give each image depth and perspective. Rachel uses a Nikon DSLR and shoot in RAW.

Finishing Image Photography was founded after Rachel had completed and graduated from June Dally-Watkins Business Finishing College followed by four years studying a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication at the University of Western Sydney. During her studies and continuing after graduation she worked for an advertising photography company in Sydney working on largely recognised print advertisements and billboards. In 2010 she returned for a rural life and established Finishing Image Photography.


Rachel would also love to capture those other important people and moments in your life. If you have a newborn, recent engagement, expecting a child, family photos that need updating etc, Finishing Image Photography can fulfil these needs and also created specially tailored photography sessions for individuals.

Rachel services the North West Slopes and Plains, New England, Hunter, Newcastle, and Sydney, and also travels interstate and overseas upon request. ...read more
