Walked in without an appt today as I have made bookings previously and it didn’t make any difference, they make you wait anyway. The hairdresser was really rough with my hair today and she kept tugging and pulling and made a comment to her colleague in Korean about my wavy hair. They laughed about it which is such a rude behaviour. To charge $45 just for a haircut on top of the insult is definitely not cool.
Absolutely terrible place and worst customer service. I came here wanting a wash and cut and told the lady specifically the length i wanted her to trim. She didn't cut the length wanted (which is fine). But when i told her she raised her voice at me saying "I don't have time!". Excuse me but from my understanding is if i am a customer who isn't happy about a service you should not be saying to me you don't have time. And then she had the decency to say if you want me to cut more that's an extra $50. The hair cut itself was already $60 so she wanted to charge me $110 in total for cutting 5cm off. To end it all she didn't even blow dry my hair with a brush or used a hair straightener so i ended up leaving the store with frizzy hair. Never returning again. Don't recommend this place at all! Trust me when i say you're better off somewhere else.
I would like to thank Jenny who has been doing my hair ( cut and color) for a couple of years. She always does a perfect job . I had been to other hair salons in Chatswood and the city . But my experience with Jenny at Fiore is the best ever. Everyone at Fiore are nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this place and Jenny.
DON'T GO HERE!! This is a terrible hair dresser proven through the constant emptiness within a busy community full of small businesses.
They have ruined my hair and the service is horrendous. When I went back, the were shocked at how poor the results were and agreed it had to be redone. Except I was subjected to laughter and moaning in a language outside of English, and terrible service.

Empty? You must have gone at midnight on a Sunday because every time I go past its packed. They have always done a great job on my hair with both colour and cutting. Tina who I usually see is fabulous.
