Please don't waste your money here. Bought an expensive cake twice over 3 years and each time they decorated the outside to look like the cake I ordered but the inside was a cheap sponge, not what I ordered at all! Go anywhere else, please. Plus the last time it had alcohol ( which the birthday boy and his family are ALLERGIC to and I told them specifically). I was livid and was told by management that I got what I paid for. Had brekkie when we picked the cake, should have been an indication. Coffee must have been unchanged, it tasted burnt and watery. Eggs were burnt, sent back, second lot was burnt on the edges. Next 2 tables had the same problem. Bacon was off, so was the second lot. We finally paid (yes for uneaten food) no apologies, shrugged shoulders and took our cake and left. My hubby could not eat his own birthday cake and they took no responsibility! Never again!
Rubbish rubbish rubbish! Don't do it! Go someplace else. The locals think the coffee is swill, the Italians won't touch the biscuits and sweets with a ten foot pole, staff are exceptionally rude and owners are worse. Go elsewhere. Seriously, save yourself the disappointment.
OK, where do I start. Service was soo bad, staff I had were so rude it made me want to walk out. I had a voucher for $60 worth of cakes/anything really, so I chose some biscuits, 1.5kg of them to use up my voucher. When I went to pick them up I had forgotten the voucher and asked if I could pick them up the next day , not really what I would expect to be a difficult request. I was then rudely told I would have to forfeit the order if I did not pick it up that day. when I actually did come back that day with the voucher they proceeded to weigh the tray of biscuits which was slightly over 1.5kgs and had to pay 20c. I wish I had the guts to tell them no but paid and walked out in disgust, I will never think of stepping foot in that place again.
I will never and would recommend anyone else to never make a purchase at Fiorentina Patisserie. They are rude, unprofessional and I have no idea how businesses like these survive, when they have no idea about customer service or satisfaction.
There are so many bakeries and patisseries in Perth, do yourself a favour and give the business to ones that deserve it.
