First Froots

I first purchased from first froots in 2009. I've recently started purchasing from them again and have been amazed at the variety of produce available. The quality of everything (I've ordered bakery items, meat, fruit and veg and grocery items) has been fantastic. The fruit and veg stays fresh for over a week (unheard of from any of the supermarkets) and the meat has been tender and fresh.



I've found their customer service to be exemplary from both the office and delivery drivers. The delivery cost is very reasonable and everything is packaged appropriately. I will continue to purchase 90% of my weekly groceries from first froots meaning I very rarely have to go to a supermarket.



The biggest difficulty I have had is trying to guess the weight of a product I want without seeing it.

I've been dealing with firstfroots.com.au for years. I was sick of buying fruit and vegetables and throwing them out within days of purchase because they were off. I tried a few alternatives and then tried and stuck to first froots and have never had such fresh produce with such great service. If you want something special they will attempt to source it if it is in season. That's another plus, if it's not in season they won't sell it, so you don't get produce that's been refrigerated for months. The meat is also exceptional because you don't pay for fat and it's top quality. I don't do this lightly but I highly recommend this company.

Highly recommended. Best vegetables I've ever tasted, as they are straight from SA suppliers. The delivery man was really lovely too. You get the sense that you're helping out local families. Cheap delivery. Excellent service and follow up with your order

fresh Fruit & Veg delivered to your door, for no more than the cost of supermarket or the green grocer...So easy to order!!! The customer service is fantastic,the products so fresh and delivery is fast and efficient.
