These guys have managed my investment property for the past 2 1/2 years, the property manager is very knowledgeable and technology savy. I've always had good tenants, the rents always paid into my account on time and I am kept well informed on everything to do with my property and tenants. I had tried 3 different rental agents, and I must say that Metro First is the worst rental agency I have experience with! I was renting an apartment using them and they charged my bond close to $1000, for reasons I dont know. I even got my notice for refund of the bond not until 2 months after I moved out. They also promised me (when im still renting with them) to fix my stove which never happen. One of their property manager once came to do an inspection without notice, no emails, no mails, nothing at all. Very unorganized, bad service, all round disaster.

They organised at least 2 inspections per week in the month prior to our vacate and didn't have the courtesy to tell us when they weren't showing up for them. Inspection notices were delivered a week AFTER they were scheduled etc. etc. Failed to do timely repairs (waited months for some).
