Unprofessional from the very beginning. From having to chase down my own rental application that hadn't been forwarded on, to multiple items being dirty or broken upon our occupancy, to their agents letting themselves on to the property when it was being sold prior to the open house times and without our permission, it was a nightmare. Our ensuite shower was unusable, there were nails protruding from a broken gate at my childrens face height and several other issues that could (and should) have been rectified prior to our occupancy. We opted to move out while the house was on the market rather than stay and wait to see if an investor purchased, and this was largely driven by not wanting to remain with this real estate any longer!
