First National Real Estate Harris Tripp

The agency was amalagamated a couple of years ago and more property managers added. It's not helped. This agency has almost swooned over me when an owner was present and then when not, treated me with disregard and disinterest. The multiple issues people face in my building are enormous. At times they completely fail to protect the owners interests and are generally completely disinterested in tenants. I often wonder what agenst get paid to do. I could be just putting money into my owner's account and bypassing a stubborn and objectionable team and probably do far better when it comes to solving problems. Issues are treated like a power play rather than something to resolve. Not a single person in my building has anything nice to say about this agency and a few are thinking of a taking a class action. I would rate 0 stars if possible. The worst experience in real estate I've had to endure in about 20 years. A warning not to let these guys manage your property or you will regret it big time! Seems that the rental side is the same as well.

I own a number of investment properties and recently came across Harris and Tripp when looking for place for my children. They were brilliant. Not only did I find all the agents to be polite, friendly and extremely helpful, they went above and beyond to help me.
Marcos is a wonderful agent. Prompt, polite and very helpful. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with him and all the reception staff in Summer Hill. In addition Tony was excellent and has provided me additional advice and support well in excess of any other agent I have ever met.( Ths has been in my 10 years of having agents manage my properties).

Came in today as a walk-in to enquire about a property on their front window. Person at front desk was not only completely disinterested but she went out of her way to be rude, surly, unhelpful and snooty toward us. Absolute worst service that I have received anywhere in Sydney! If you are thinking of listing or selling your property, avoid this agency like the plague. They obviously do not have the buyers' or sellers' interests at heart!!

Beware!!!! Hopeless!!! What a rude!!!!!!!!! disorganised real estate agency. They are so lazy to respond, my partner and I had to evacuate our apartment 3 times in 6 months and they could not care less.. and guess who has to pay for all the damage due to a building fault? We do, the renters!!?!! Yeah, I don't think so
