Rude and discriminatory. They and pick contractors and as a owner even though I have been charged for repairs not needed they are not willing to engage other available contractors in town. Its a closed shop and they inadvertently are telling a very select few of contractors they can quote and charge as much as they like and it doesnt matter if the works are not done as the owners will be rersponsible and have to pay. Then when I complained and we agreeded the works were not done they refused to sanction the contractor or enegage another one that is not on there mates book. RUN RUN AND DONT STOP RUNNING.
