Traditional Standards, Progressive Attitude, Comprehensive Philosophy.First Tae Kwon Do Duncraig teaches the original, non-competitive style of Tae Kwon Do, which emphasises practical self-defence skills and the physical / mental development of our members. The founder of First Tae Kwon Do Australia is Master Vernon Low who commenced teaching the art of Tae Kwon Do in Adelaide South Australia in the late 1960's before expanding his school into Western Australia.
We accept beginners from 6 to 60 years of age. Beginners are welcome to take a free trial lesson at any of our training centres, please feel free to contact us for more information.

Duncraig Tae Kwon Do has an excellent Instructor and assistants that have a wealth of knowledge, they are disciplined and caring of all their students and family groups.
Training at Duncraig TKD my children have learnt strong Self defence / Threat awarenss along with Physical and Mental development, Increased Fitness, Self Discipline, Flexibility, Improved Concentration / Mental focus, Boosted Self Confidence, and best of all Refined Manners and Social Etiquette.
