I have been attending this Nedlands class for close to three years now. Each class is different - sparring, technique and pattern work, practical self defence simulations, fittness, and strength are all targeted with helpful instructors guiding the way. The class is welcoming to all new beginners and those just wanting to watch a session or take part in a free trial class. Students are given individual feedback on their skills and progress.
