Fish Factory

Hands down best place to buy fresh seafood on the southside. The staff go out of their way to make sure you get what you are looking for. I haven't actually eaten in, but I'm sure it would be fantastic quality as well.

This evening my family and I ordered three Crumbed Cod Burger Combos from the Fish Factory. These combos are described on their website as... All burger combos include chips, salad and a 375ml can of soft drink. Upsize to 600ml for $1. Once we arrived home and opened our meals, we found that there were only chips and the burger in our container and the salad was missing. We immediately called the Fish Factory and were told if we came back to the store they would give us our missing salads. So we drove all the way back and on arrival my husband went in to collect our three missing salads. Once inside he was greeted by a staff who seemed to be from management and was very rudely told that no salad comes with the combo. Instead they insisted that the 'salad' is on the burger itself. Take away is very good and fresh. Could be more options for fish in the take away menu. Good value for money. The store is stocked up and very popular with locals. Overall a nice friendly local business.

Great selection of fresh fish. Open 7 days. Wide variety of cooked and take away items on the menu however you have lost me as a customer for one simple reason. You insist on putting pepper on all your grilled fish. You are saying that all customers will have pepper unless they say otherwise. One does not ask for cheese however this is not added?

Great effort on your business but you lost not just this consumer but others as well simply by mistaking what you believe the customer should have.
