I have honestly been let down for the last time Kiwi Fish N Chips. I completely agree with the long waits people have even after ordering by phone but my main disappointment is the staff. Consistently my orders have been wrong and even after repeating it to the staff they still just don’t get it. Good luck guys but we’ll take our business elsewhere and I won’t be surprised if changes aren’t made many other people will to.
Old mate is right... I ordered over the phone and they said 20-25 mins... that was a joke, coz when I got there, they hadnt even started it... I understand they are busy as it is great food but dont b**l s**t me on the phone... if its going to take a hour, just tell me that instead of making me waste my time driving in to pick up (15 mins late) waste my time then I just told them to forget it
Rang in an order at 5:45 and told busy, no problem how long? They said 30 mins, cool bananas. Get there at 6:25, 10 mins late and they say " so it's fresh we will cook it now, 7:00 still no food Wtf!!! Ask and told 10 mins still, and no apology. Seriously learn to run a business, and don't even apologize, great for business because I will let my friends know.

So Sorry about this it has been so busy that we are finding very hard to estaminet times as when we have over 100 dockets hanging up we can only gess, thank you so much for bringing this to my attention as all the staff no better than this, if anyone has to wait for what ever reason there should be an apology regardless about the wait. We will do our best to keep up with thing on a Friday and hope to see you next time.
