I went and saw this firm over an issue that was highly confidential as it was to do with Intellectual Property, however I was horrified that they sent our confidential information to an e-mail address that was not ours, not once but multiple times even after we pointed out the error to them. I am of the opinion that it was very unprofessional and therefore I sacked them. It is interesting to note that even two years later after sacking them, they are still sending us e-mails even though we are not a client and have asked them to remove us from their records. I am of the opinion that this company may be breaching the spam act by sending unsolicited e-mails. We have moved on to a professionally run Intellectual Property Company who are absolutely wonderful and such a difference from this company in my opinion.
