The company that F&P used to install my front loading washing machine did not bother to use the hoses that came with the machine. It developed a slow leak the it went crazy and I have half a house with flooring, ceiling and wall water damage. Instead of talking to the company that sold the machine, the company that installed they contacted me. The first person on the phone spoke to a child who asked for the person to explain what she did not understand instead just repeated the same thing over and over. When I contacted F&P I spoke to one person who then said I needed to speak to her supervisior. That person did not come to the phone, first went to the toilet then want information which I knew I would have to repeat yet again. I asked that I speak directly to the supervisor didn'thappen.
