Terrible call centre service. As the management i regularly require the dishwashers however everytime i call up it is always a hassle firstly to access the account & then secondly to book a job. Always a run around & limited notes available. Machines themselves r nice looking but very unreliable
Fisher and Paykel offer the worse customer service for oven repairs. We have been trying to get my elderly mother's oven repaired for over 4 weeks but the company has failed to communicate with us to explain why it has taken 4 weeks to order the correct oven part. The repairer actually turned up with the wrong spare part.We have done all the chasing up and each time we ring them they assure us that the part will be coming in within that week - each time they have lied. We are thinking it is not worth waiting around any longer and we should buy my mother a new oven of another brand, of course.
I would really recommend this service centre since their efficency is remarkable. Muia from the customer service centre confirmed Russell was the tradesman that will be coming back on Tuesday afternoon next week should the replacement part arrive on time for my dishwasher that needs repairing under warantee.I was very impressed by the efficency & promptness of the staff I dealt with.I was ven given a job number so that I could call back if I needed to ask any questions or reschedule the appointment.This is definately the company to go to for service if you want to experience real friendly & efficent people
