Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with this company either. When you call their business number and speak to reception, the response is "Send us those details in an email." What is the point of ringing their number if they are just going to ask you to send the same details in an email, further delaying my time to get the job done? Communication is very poor, had to keep ringing them to follow up. When I spoke again to reception to convey my urgency for a job to be done, they responded that they would email the person responsible. This is unacceptable - they should have called them up as soon as possible - that is good customer service!!
I would not recommend this company (unless you are happy to wait and wait to hear from them...)
My Experience with Fisher was also not a positive one. Like the previous reviewer I too had to phone & email them numerous times. Communication within this business is poor. I requested 2 jobs to be completed. Job 1: Install a downstairs bathroom fan. They re installed the upstairs ceiling fan. They did however rectify this. Job 2. Install wall air conditioner. They said they were on to the job and would have it done by an important deadline but after checking on the progress 3 days before this deadline nothing had been done about it. They then said they wouldn't be able to guarantee the job would be complete on time with an outrageous quote. I addressed the communication issues I had been having with one of the management and they became aggressive and defensive. I went to other electricians and got the job sorted in 10 minutes and on time for $500 less!
My experience with Fisher Bros Electrical was not a positive one. A relatively simple job of installing ceiling fans was completed poorly and numerous telephone calls to the company to rectify the problems. The job was corrected the next day to my satisfaction. However, there were items and parts accidentally taken and subsequently lost by the electrician with no real explanation or compensation which has also soured my experience with this company. Just a comedy of errors i'm afraid.
