I was introduced to Pete and Megan through a friend.. I've never walked into a place and felt so at home and so welcomed, not by just Pete and Megan either, but by other members who came up and introduced themselves and you instantly get the feeling of being home or perhaps a sense of belonging. If you have been struggling with weight as i have all my life, you will understand my previous sentence. I knew at that moment that this was the place for me, possibly the place i'd been searching for the majority of my life. If you are in doubt just come along and meet everyone.. you wont be disappointed...

Love these guys! Megan and Pete are amazing! So much knowledge that they are happy to share and every session is different and challenging. Workouts are tailored to individual needs and fitness levels so everyone can have a great time.

I started training with Fisique Health & Fitness Professionals in September 2013, looking to loose weight and generally feel better about myself. Since joining I have achieved so much more and never looked back. Peter and Megan are completely committed to bringing out the best in people and providing the tools and support to achieve amazing results. The main basis for achieving results is through Metabolic Nutrition, which Peter is a level 4 specialist in and provides information and support to completely change eating habits and lifestyle that is enjoyable and sustainable over a long term period. I am doing the MP Program online, which is convenient and easy to follow. My FIRE program, being backed up by correct nutrition, is allowing me to achieve my best results so far, and still going. I would highly recommend Peter and Megan to anyone who wishes to bring out the best in their body and lifestyle, they truly are the Health and Fitness Professionals!
