Fit and Fab Mat Pilates
Hi, My name is Yosana and I am a qualified and Fitness Australia Accredited Pilates instructor. I work with some Sports Professionals especially in Soccer...Pre season, and also Regularly instruct Secondary School kids who are in an Elite Sports Program in the local School.
I am currently offering Pilates for individuals and Groups up to 4 in my Home Personal Training Studio. I have a Spring Special Rate of 36 per 45 min Session and can negotiate for a group.
I am also a Personal Trainer so can combine the two (strength and Pilates) into one session.
