Fit & Single Encounters organizes both High Intensity Training Sessions (HITS) and Single Super Sessions to cater for those people looking to combine exercising and socializing at the same time and meet some great new people in the process.
The HITS run for 4 weeks, 2 days per week at Captain Burke Park (underneath Story Bridge) from 5:45am-6:45am and the Single Super Sessions are held on a Saturday from 6:30am 8:30am and are followed by a great "Get to Know You" Breakfast.
