Hi, my name is Helen and I own Fit It In.

I offer both mobile personal training and have a studio at home.

I love training all types of people and have achieved great results with clients getting married, mums wanting to loose baby weight and individuals training for running events. I like to have a laugh but will work hard to make sure the job gets done.
