Don't be fooled by the two great staff members: Naomi and Tim. If Janelle or the woman from the Rockdale shop get involved in your purchase it's sure to go pear shaped. Ordered some equipment based on a great experience at the St Mary's shopfront - they didn't have the bike in-store so arranged for it to be delivered from the Rydalmere shop. After several stuff-ups when they finally got their act together and delivered it the customised part I'd ordered was missing (so I wouldn't be able to use it - but they expected me to pay for it all and trust they would send that on). They then tried to charge me an extra $45 on the previously agreed price of the incomplete bike! I hate to think what would else have been missing once I opened the box after they left! I've given half a star because it won't let me give zero. But I would have given Naomi 5 for her outstanding in store assistance!
