FitChicks is just what I need - Getting results in a very supportive, friendly atmosphere! The choice of classes & times make working out easy for us busy women. It is affordable & excellent value for money as you can choose between all classes (which include pilates & yoga on to of the group sessions) or just one class if you're having a busy week. Mel is a great mentor giving encouragement & guidance to keep you motivated & on track. Plus the special events organised by FitChicks are fun & always a great night out!! So if you want Results, Support, Fun & Friends then FitChicks is a great group to be apart of.
I would highly recommend FitChicks to ladies looking to shape up and exercise in a fun, friendly environment! Mel's training programs push you to limits you didn't know were possible.
