Was originally called Intensity and then was taken over by Fitness First. Definately went downhill in the customer service. Felt like club was only in for my money and didnt care about my personal fitness goals unlike before when it was Intensity. Paid by membership yearly however when ran out whilst paying cheaper rates from when Intensity member, did not get any phone call to say membership run out or any courtesy calls. Definately wont be going back. They did have a variety of fitness classes and the upgrade and new equipment made a big difference. Very over crowded at times too.
