Great option for city workers, doesn't get as busy as other fitness first gyms and there are plenty of group classes before, during and after work hours. Friendly front counter staff and instructors. Smaller and older than other fitness firsts but still has all the basics you need from a gym. No hair straighteners in change room, but otherwise a great little gym.
The gym is well equiped with facilities second to none however you do pay for with the high fees. Staff are friendly however were annoyingly persuasive at times to try and lock you into a long contract. They do contact your friends and hassle them to join aswell. They offer fun aerobics classes and personal trainers for those who need motivation. Would recommend this fitness centre if you don't mind the pricing, otherwise stick with and support your local gyms.
