Fitness First

This gym does not care about its customers.
I have asked via the official procedure 3 times to please service the rowing machines, have batteries in them and give them a decent spot, but never ever have they done it and never anyone responded to my request. I never managed to talk to the manager as she is always busy. I am fed up with they way they have ignored me and with the dirty, rusty state of the rowing machines. Very, very disappointed!

VERY RUDE staff.
Over crowded.
It is an open hall unlike other fitness firsts where you have secluded areas for different workouts.
showers are supper dirty and slimy.
equipments were recently replaced with new ones after several complaints but the connectivity and entertainment does not work in many of them.

one advantage, it has a pool.

Where do I start, the people are dodgy, they use commercial influence and marketing methods to sign you up. They made so many promises to me that were not true. They said the contract was very flexible, turned out I was so deep into it, in order for me to cancel it, i had to pay 5 months worth of membeship fees.

The staff are rude and unhelpful. It is a complete waste of money. All they care about is money. They will sign you up for anything, and in the end of the day they fail to deliver every time.

I wish i simply joined other cheap gyms that are near my house.

A big mistake. But lesson learned.

Massive fitness first, it has a pool and lots of equipment. The equipment isnt the newest but still usable. A good point is the pool.

The gym was nice before all those changes now!!! You can see people swim in the pool plus for some of them I spoke that's very uncomfortable !!!! It was way better!!! Plus that place is so dirty. No one clean the equipment and treadmills are so used its hard to run, they should change the belts on them!!
