Fitness In Sussex

I have been going to Fitness on Sussex for 11 years. The present owner has gone to considerable expense to instal an amazing range of exercise machines and other equipment. The staff are experienced, friendly and always happy to assist people with their training program and goals. The latter is worth the membership alone! No pressure but always encouragement! I would not go anywhere else!!

This place is improving. A lot of the equipment has now been replaced and the front has been tidied up a little. Also the staff there are so welcoming, supportive and friendly.

I have driven past this gym for 3 years but never went in as I found the appearance to be very un-welcoming. The outside is covered in long weeds and the venetian blinds are all broken and in tangles. Finally I was lured in by own motivation and the cheap casual visit fee of $8. I was greeted by a very friendly lad and made to feel very comfy. I did found the cardio equipment easy to use (even though it broke whilst using it) and the gym equipment very industrial, manly and difficult to work out. So I thought I would grab a brochure and perhaps book in for a intorduction and get a program written (there was minimal info about this available. So I thought there would be more info on the website advertised on the brochure. I went to the web site only to find there is no web site. So I guess what I am saying is this is a great place for 'blokes' who don't care about marketing and the general appearance of the place.
