The Manager Chris, ignored me for 10 minutes, the staff close themselves from customers, by building a glass office, have to make a attempt to ask for membership. They look to busy to help customers. Overpriced 100 for key, 350 4 months gym only or 750 with class. Manager is super tired, doesn't look after customers concern, non friendly. Very poor service. Have to ask questions, doesn't tell you anything, say go on app and book for classes, doesn't example what the classes involve, who the instructor are and what is involved in the personal training session. Please change your Manager, he looks very unfriendly and rude.
A bunch of bullies who harass you even after cease of contract. Stay away from them- I quit in July after more than a year, serving my contract but each time they kept on calling me to pay up arrears. When said I already quit, and asked for a copy of the contract, each time, they keep promising you that they will come back within a week. The officer even retorted, "I know how to do my job, and I didn't need to tell him what and how to do his job, and I should do my part correctly firstHowever, everytime they call you back after a month, each time since July till now, they kept on threatening me to pay up or get legal action. This is just like all the smaller gyms out there who likes to suck every penny of innocent customers like me. So I'm warning all of you out there before you get stuck in this wrangle of invoking my own legal team.
