The name Fitness Fools is inspired loosely through ones journey to perfection. Perfection as we all know doesn't exist and is a foolish concept to even grasp but the motive in life is to get as close as we can to perfection through progressive and continuous work. In fitness just like in life nothing is done perfectly for the first time, it takes constant time, caring, hard work and dedication to clear the pathway to achieve that particular desired goal. Here at FFJR we stand up to help and nudge you towards your health and fitness goal in every way possible. Particularly helping you understand the measures that it takes to clear the pathway and achieve that health and fitness goal of yours as successfully as possible, through providing you with the basics and the plan of attack to build upon these basics.
