We specialise in the delivery of exercise, lifestyle and behavioural modification programs for the prevention and management of chronic diseases and injuries such as:

- Colon and prostate cancer
- Arthritis
- Chronic lung conditions

All clients are fully assessed and an individual exercise program is prescribed so all client goals will be successfully fulfilled.
