We had a $1000 suit ruined by their dry cleaning service, the front of the pants totally ripped, obviously by some kind of machine. We didn't take them out of the dry cleaning bag until we were away in the country side for a wedding. When I took them back to complain, they couldn't have cared less. They were very rude and disinterested, and told me it wasn't their problem, and if I wanted I could take it up with the dry cleaning agency they send the clothes to, and I should have checked the items for damage the day I picked them up. We always try to shop with small local business, and to be understanding when mistakes happen, but this was the most unprofessional encounter I have ever come across. They also lost a beautiful silk square pocket handkerchief, and when I brought this up with woman actually laughed at me! Very disappointing, I wouldn't risk taking my clothes in.

You can find anything in here - from gift cards/all manner of stationary, kids toys to food, electronics, household needs and party supplies. A treasure trove of bric-a-brac and absolute essentials. Didn't know you could fit so much into one store. Owners always smiling and helpful but leave you alone to browse.

We often like to support local businesses but won't be going to Fitzroy new agency again. Left clothes for dry cleaning which came back uncleaned. The retail assistant was disinterested and refused to acknowledge the problem. Even though Cheap, wouldn't recommend leaving your clothes for dry-cleaning there.
