A professional and excellent service. Barclay Wade was helpful arranging an appointment time that would suit my busy schedule, and Troy who cleaned the carpets was honest, efficient and friendly. The main issue I had was cat urine in the carpet and the final results surpassed my expectations, odour and marks all gone! I will definitely be using Five Star Carpet & Upholstery again.
