Five Star Pools

Initially Five Star Pools lived up to their name, they were friendly, professional, answered calls and provided flexibility throughout the build. Unfortunately my impression has diminished significantly, Five Star Pools standard contract states that “final payment is to be made after plaster, prior to connection of pumps and filters”, after the professional start we had with Five Star pools this wasn’t an issue for me… unfortunately when completing the final fit off they chipped a section of plaster off around one of our heater pipes, Steve advised that he would be back to rectify… 16 months later and numerous phone calls and emails we are still waiting!!! Not to mention the white spotting we are experiencing throughout the plaster that no one from Five Star pools wants to discuss or acknowledge… In my opinion pay an extra 1-2K and build with a SPASA member not Five (One) Star Pools!
