Can't argue with their service and prices, it's nice to just pick up the phone and have it sorted for you.

unprofessional, very unhappy with service however went ahead due to cheap price (although would have happily paid the extra $14 purchasing tickets online now). there was much hassle and numerous visits, and the sales team pressured you into purchasing the tickets. do not keep their word - delayed issued of ticket. will never be purchasing from them again.
