5 Stars is highly recommeded. They are very honest workers. I was advised of every issue along the way, and no shortcuts were taken.. They did everything the hard way, and the right way. We are very happy with the waterproofing, the tiles, the fittings, the price, and the whole final product. We had a whole bathroom renovation done.
They work hard and they work late into the evening to get the job finished efficiently.
As a general note- If you already have your tiles chosen and you are flexible with start times, they can usually book your job quickly. He could have started the day after he quoted- as his other bookings were waiting on tiles- we could have jumped the queue if we were organised.

We rang around everywhere for tilers for we had our investment property vacant and wanted to get our 3 bedroom house tiled right through within a week so tenants can move in. Apparently tilers need to be booked in months before, luckily we rang Sam who came that same day to quote and said he can help out by starting our job straight away knowing our situation. Sam help us with the purchase of our tiles and gave us great advice. The whole house was tiled solely by Sam in 4 days and not one tile is out of place (TOP JOB!) As well he helped my husband in other areas which needed repairs/fixing around the house (handyman work). Sam is very professional and does his job extremely well with no hesitation. After sacking the first tilers, I had a look on trulocal to see if I could find someone who could at least do an acceptable job of tidying up my old bathroom in preparation for selling my house. I rang Sam and he was able to come the same day and gave me 2 quotes; one quote for some minor renovations and also one for a complete makeover if I wanted that instead. In the end I went with the complete makeover as the cost was very reasonable. Sam took me to his main supplier to choose the floor tiles, bath, toilet and general bathroom fittings and then went out of his way to use his trailer to pick up my bath, tiles etc to save me the delivery fee as I lived nearby. The whole job, including fixing some plumbing problems in the adjacent laundry took about 8 days and the end result is fantastic.
