Very poor customer service, horrible to deal with. Did no do what he said he would and abused me for raising the issue with him. Horrible person to deal with, would not recommend to anyone and will never buy from again.
You didn't want to pay for us to fix your printer ( your words -"it was too expensive for you"). We told you what part you needed to fix your printer so you ordered that part needed to fix your printer yourself Thursday from our Ebay store rather than coming and picking the part up instore . The part was posted Friday and you got it Monday and you followed our step by step Youtube video showing you how to fix it yourself. Having fixed your printer yourself saving $150 in labour costs this apparently according to you equals bad customer service. So after getting your printer repaired using our advice and our part we manufacture ourself (a part you cant buy anywhere else not even the manufacturer will sell it separately to you) being unsatisfied with how long it took to get your printer fixed you then proceed to leave bad reviews everywhere you can all over the internet.
After dropping off a MFC and being told 1 - 2 days I collected it a week later having not even been looked at. It also took 8 phone calls to the office to find out nobody had looked at it. The decent thing to do is tell people the truth about how long it is going to take, not fobbing them off.
You paid nothing and in return received nothing. That seems fair to me. Pay me something and I might be interested in helping you. Refuse to pay and you will wait until i am finished serving the people who are willing to pay for priority service. If lots of people pay or priority service you will wait a very long time.
