Appalling customer service. Didn't bother turning up the appointment booked a week in advance. When I called to re-schedule, no apology and tried to put me off until the new year or pass me off to another tradie. No website. An unmaintained Facebook page. I'm not sure what I could expected anyway. So much for trying to support local trades. Very disappointing.
