faced with an expensive problem, rot. Luke through his thouroughness and professionalism put my mind at ease. His quote was extremely fair and his knowledge extensive. His standards are very high which are welcomed. The end result was nothing short of perfect. The rot was removed, and he put my house back together like no issue had ever been there. I cant reccomend luke and his workmate Tim more highly for there work , communication and above all there fairness in an industry not known for those qualities.

Our tiled balcony was showing signs of minor water damage. After a number of quotes, we decided to have Luke go ahead with repairs as his quote was the most detailed, included the most work, and provided the best explanation of what he was going to do and why.

After work began it became immediately apparent that the balconys waterproof membrane had failed and therefore remedial works were no longer an option. A replacement was required and given the construction was less than 10yrs old and the waterproof membrane is considered a structural element, the original builder was obliged to cover the costs. I came across Fix Leaking Balconies by sheer luck. It was an absolute blessing as I cannot stop thanking the main man Luke for his honesty, fantastic pricing and his professionalism. 5 stars is not enough to give this company as they are worth a million stars. The company was on time all the time, respectful of my home and of course excellent in their work. My balcony was leaking to the point that it seeped through in the garage and in the hallway. I went first to another company who wanted to charge me $15,000.00. Thank god I researched a little more until I came across this company.Luke provided details exactly to where and why and how the leaks occured.
