Fix My Laptop

I just wanted to give a a half a star reivew for Fix My Laptop in Albion. If could give zero I would. I had a terrible time for 3 days with Sergey at Fix My Laptop. I had left my laptop with Sergey who took my money in full in advance (stupid me) saying its his policy to take full money and the money was better in his bank account. After 3 days still had not been repaired the laptop and was also asking for more money to continue with the repairs. Not only that when I first took my laptop to him he was saying things like I could do with a new battery for my laptop and also can show me how to backup my data for an extra cost. All I needed was for my email error to be fixed and he just wanted more money unnecessarily. He charges like a wounded bull and doesn't keep you in the loop. These guys are incredible!! Our Mac book pro white screened and died and all my daughters uni work was on this machine. They were able to get all her work off and gave it to her on a hard drive to walk out with in less than half an hour. I have been going to fix my laptop Windsor for years and always had amazing results but this was such an awesome service. I couldn’t recommend Fix My Laptop Windsor more highly!!!!

Worst ever work I have come across. Window10 left my pc open and I got incursions. Took laptop took this mob and was supposed to get a report for $66 get a call 2 days later and told to get lapop back had to pay $250. Got pc home found has wiped my whole hardware away and replaced with some hybrid window 10 missing half the ware and no hp ware at all.It is a slow as a snail and take over 2 minutes to boot. Now have a pc on the grade of a spell checker a child would use. Steer clear of this bunch of cowboys or you will be sorry

My laptop was running super slow and kept crashing so i took it to Fixmylaptop on the Saturday. When i first walked in they originally quoted me $99 to fix my laptop. After they had the laptop for a few days they called and told me that I would need the hard drive replaced and it would cost $350. As my laptop was still under warranty I told them that I would send it off to Harvey Norman. They advised me that they could back up my hard drive if I dropped off an external hard drive which I agreed to do. Another couple of days later i received a call saying my laptop was ready for collection and I was told that it would be $150 for all the time spent on it. When I got the laptop home I noticed a new delete key as my old one had fallen off and I was very impressed that they replaced it, but then I noticed the big scratch along the top of the laptop as if something heavy was sitting on it and had been dragged across it.
