Don't what the other comment is about they came they fixed the cooler that others had said needed to be replaced.
They are busy probably for a reason, the plumber that recommended them was correct, they know what is going on and are very honest. That is because they knew we had been quoted a new unit which they could of sold us a better unit than quoted cheaper but fixed what we had.
I had dealt with this company quite amicably for some time but in recent months the service has been completely unsatisfactory. I could not recommend them.
Thanks for not taking the supposed issue up with the manager and just venting because you did not get your way or whatever. We try to accomadate everyone but some people are never satisfied and take it out on the new staff. Try dealing with the public and see if they like your service then fling stones.
They don't turn up if you don't receive a confirmation call the day before. There is no courtesy to call to reschedule.
When a customer makes a booking we find out which days (can be up to 5) are the most convenient for them and advise we will phone them the day before to confirm. We find our customers appreciate a call the day before and know if we haven't called we won't be attending the following day and they will be called for another day they have specified.
I was very impressed with this company. This is the second time that Fixed Gas and Electrical services have serviced my Evaporative Cooling system. They were very prompt, courteous and efficient. I feel they gave excellent attention to detail and were very informative about my system and other products I had questions about. So many times I have had poor service and have been disappointed with the dismissive manner in which I have been treated. Not with this company - that is why I thought Id actually write this review. I only wish there were more people like this in the service / trades industry !!
