Very, very disappointed with the wait for an engineer to come and see my faulty appliance that was within warranty period. After two initial visits from their engineer I was called to say that they could not come out on the final and third date of my agreed engineers visit, which was when they were finally going to fix it after waiting for parts and waiting a long time for an appointment. The final part arrived with them a week before they could fit me in with an engineer. On the day I was expecting it to be finally fixed, I was called and told by a staff member that engineers were all off sick and they could not come to their agreed appointment. They couldn't say when one would come out to me after they had already been out to me twice. When I explained my disapproval and dissatisfaction at the service they said sarcastically 'Do you want me to come out and look at it myself'.
