FJ Removals

Having used FJ Removalist previously with no issue, I decided to hire them once again. Fernando (the owner) was quite pleasant when he arrived with his offsider, although upset that he didn't realise that I was living in a 2nd floor unit. I had discussed this with him on the phone, but he obviously forgot about this. His offsider did most of the work but when Fernando helped with moving large items, he was very vocal and swearing loudly as he ascended the stairs. He became increasingly angry and rude to me and very unhelpful. They just dumped all my furniture against a wall in one room and he was angry when I asked him to put my lounge chair and TV unit in place (there was no assembly required). I asked if they could put the chrome legs onto my glass table and he said that he didn't have a screwdriver and refused to do it.
