I spoke to fair trading and because he is not a registered business (ABN has been cancelled) there's not a lot they can do. They suggested the best thing would be to file a report with ACORN A cybercrime reporting network. I did that it's a fairly simple process you just go to their website and answer a some questions. I would suggest you do that as the more people that report him the more likely we will get a result.
The other thing is I've put in a dispute with his bank over the payment. If you contact your bank they can put in a dispute on your behalf. Again if there is more than one of us saying the same thing we may be more likely to get a result.. :)

Started off well with decent communication and Andrew asking the right questions. Delivery was due end of January. I spent $300 on the package.
I have not heard from Andrew since January. I have not received any cover letter, resumes, selection criteria or coaching. Andrew has been non-responsive to texts and emails. And not contactable by Facebook. I asked for a refund & delivery on any work he had done - no response.
Do not use Flashpoint Training.

Hi. I received an appology and offer late May. He has had a terrible start to the year. He had updated my resume (I am yet to see it), I asked for the resume and a refund (less any work done). No response. So it has been nearly another 6 months. No, I haven't taken it any further, but I may go to fair trading as it wasn't cheap. Cheers.
