I have been going to this salon for a few years now and have not been disappointed. The owners operate a no fuss salon, which means no tea or coffee menu, no massage chairs, no big screen television. This is great as the customer doesn't have to pay for it all which is incorporated into the price at other salons. I always have foils and a cut and I get a lot of compliments on my hair colour. The girls do a great job, are time conscious, and I have always enjoyed my experience. I highly recommend the salon.
A nightmare. Didn't know how to do foils/balayage and tried to charge me $150 on top of the Groupon voucher. Told me what I wanted (which is what have been getting for years) would look stupid but when I went up the road to another hair dresser she said what I asked for was normal and nothing unusual. Totally unhelpful and a waste of time.

Very rude and total time waste.I have your emails as a record for booking half head of foils for a Groupon voucher of $59 and when came to the salon ask for the Balayage instead and showing me the ways to do it.Whats wrong when I didn't do a job which was not valid with the voucher.Why you bought a voucher which clearly says not valid for Balayage.Why your email says you want to get half head foils.Should I upload the pictures of your emails.You wasted my time and the other clients as well
And threaten me at the end that you will write the review against me right? Well I would say we don't work for free and whatever was valid for voucher I was happy to do that but you wanted Balayage instead which I said No and you got personal.You can write more reviews and I would upload the pictures of your emails you sent me for booking of half head. I am glad you found a hairdresser who did exactly what you wanted.

Excellent experience! Although I live next door, I only discovered the salon a few days ago after buying a Groupon voucher. The ladies at the salon were lovely. They advised me but also listened to what I wanted. Delighted with the result but even more so with the very smooth and pleasant experience. Very happy!
